What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. for the last load.
Do I need quarters?
You can use quarters, Apple Pay, Android Pay, cash, or credit cards.
Is there anything for the kids to do?
We have a kids corner and pinball machines. We also have television.
Can I purchase soap from you?
Yes, our attendant will help you.
What is your loyalty program?
Your 11th wash is free.
Do you charge for the dryers?
As long as you wash here, our dryers are FREE.
Questions about Fluff and Fold:
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround is next-day service or you can pay a little extra for same day service.
Will you hang up my shirts?
Yes we will, if you bring the hangers.
Why does a down comforter cost more to wash than a regular comforter?
The drying time is significantly longer.
How will I know when my order is complete?
We will text you.

What days do you do pickups/deliveries?
Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
What happens if I can't be home when you pickup?
When you schedule your pickup, just let us know where you'll leave your laundry or where you'd like us to leave it. Examples are on the front porch, the back porch, in the garage, with the apartment manager, or behind the gate.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time is next day except if your pickup is on Saturday. Saturday pickups will be delivered on Monday.
Is there a minimum for FREE pickup?
There is a $35 minimum order.
